Michael Caputo Joins Peoples Security Bank & Trust as Senior Community Banking Manager

With over 15 years of experience in commercial and retail banking, he brings an exceptional track record of business development, client relationship management, and leadership across the Pittsburgh area.

In his new role, Mr. Caputo will lead the North Allegheny Community Office, focusing on enhancing customer experiences, expanding community outreach, and driving business growth in the region. His expertise in developing strategic partnerships and identifying innovative solutions for clients positions him as a valuable asset to Peoples Security Bank & Trust.

Prior to joining Peoples Security Bank & Trust, Mr. Caputo held leadership positions at Key Bank, First National Bank, and Washington Financial Bank, where he successfully led banking operations, developed high-performing teams, and exceeded growth targets. His strategic insights and hands-on approach have consistently driven significant revenue growth and deepened customer relationships.

He holds an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from the Community College of Allegheny County and has further honed his professional skills through the Public Speaking Mastery program by Dale Carnegie Training.
